Kurudukuils of standard length and diameter are made from Ceylon cinnamon,our product grown exclusively in Sri Lanka. Ceylon cinnamon is classified into four main grades Alba, Continental, Mexican and Hamburg based on the diameter of the quill with the most expensive Alba being six millimeters in diameter.
